目的：将项目化管理模式应用于肿瘤患者TNM分期评估，切实提高肿瘤诊疗规范化水平。方法：选取2022年7月1日-2023年6月30日及2023年7月1日-2024年6月30日在我院治疗出院的十类癌种即肺癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌等进行调查，干预组采用项目化管理模式，比较干预前后两组肿瘤治疗前TNM分期评估率情况。结果：共调查肿瘤住院患者32 059 例，其中对照组 14 586例，干预组17 873例。肿瘤治疗前TNM分期评估率干预组（92.49%）高于对照组（54.05%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），目标达成率为148.13 %，进步率为71.12 % 。结论：通过编制手册、专项培训等事前控制，运用信息化手段弹框提醒等事中管控，定期汇总数据进行反馈等事后评价，应用项目化管理可以提高肿瘤治疗前TNM分期评估率，进一步改善肿瘤诊疗质量。
Objective：Applying project-based management mode to TNM staging evaluation of cancer patients can effectively improve the standardization level of cancer diagnosis and treatment. Method：Ten types of cancer patients discharged from our hospital from July 1，2022 to June 30，2023 and from July 1，2023 to June 30，2024 were selected for investigation，including lung cancer，colorectal cancer，breast cancer，etc. The intervention group adopted the project management mode，and compared the TNM stage evaluation rate before and after the intervention. Results：A total of 32，059 hospitalized cancer patients were investigated，including 14，586 in the control group and 17，873 in the intervention group. The TNM staging evaluation rate before tumor treatment in the intervention group（92.49%）was higher than that in the control group（54.05%），and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.01）. The target achievement rate was 148.13%，and the progress rate was 71.12%. Conclosion：By preparing manuals，conducting specialized training and other pre control measures，using information technology to provide pop-up reminders，and regularly summarizing data for feedback and post evaluation，project management can improve the TNM staging evaluation rate before tumor treatment and further enhance the quality of tumor diagnosis and treatment.
