Abstract:The reform of the DRG-based payment system represents a significant policy initiative by the state to optimize healthcare resource allocation and improve the efficiency of medical insurance fund utilization. However，as the reforms are progressively implemented across regions，they have also exerted profound implications on the operational management of public hospitals. Using a certain hospital as a case study，this paper examines the challenges faced by hospitals in operational management under the DRG payment reform model. It details a series of management measures implemented by certain hospital in response to these challenges. The study aims to provide reference for hospitals seeking to better adapt to the DRG payment model，enhance operational management quality，reduce costs，improve efficiency，and pursue sustainable development.
