Cataract Ambulatory Surgery Fixation Training Patient Empowerment Nurse-patient Collaboration Nursing
目的：探究赋能理念下护患协同三阶段固视训练对日间白内障手术患者术中眼位配合度、焦虑情绪、手术时长及患者满意度的影响。方法：选取我院2024年7月至2024年12月符合纳排标准的200例首次日间白内障手术患者参与研究。按时间序列分为对照组和干预组，每组100人。对照组实施常规术前健康教育，干预组采用赋能护患协同三阶段固视训练方法干预。比较两组患者术中眼位配合度、焦虑评分（SAS）、手术时长及护理满意度。结果：干预组术中主动调整眼位率、护理满意度显著高于对照组；术中眼位偏移率、各时间点SAS评分及手术时长显著低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：赋能护患协同三阶段固视训练方法可有效提升日间白内障手术患者术中眼位配合度，缓解焦虑情绪，缩短手术时长，提高护理满意度，具有临床推广价值。
Objective：To explore the effects of the empowered nurse-patient collaborative three-stage fixation training method on intraoperative eye position cooperation，anxiety，operation duration and patient satisfaction in patients undergoing daytime cataract surgery. Methods：A total of 200 patients who underwent their first daytime cataract surgery and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in our hospital from July 2024 to December 2024 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into a control group and an intervention group according to time sequence，with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine preoperative health education，while the intervention group was intervened with the empowered nurse-patient collaborative three-stage fixation training method. The intraoperative eye position cooperation，Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）scores，operation duration，and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results：The rate of active intraoperative eye position adjustment and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group，while the rate of intraoperative eye position deviation，SAS scores at each time point，and operation duration were significantly lower than those in the control group，with statistically significant differences（all P < 0.05）. Conclusion：The empowered nurse-patient collaborative three-stage fixation training method can effectively improve the intraoperative eye position cooperation of patients undergoing daytime cataract surgery，alleviate anxiety，shorten the operation duration，and improve nursing satisfaction，which is worthy of clinical promotion.
