Abstract:Objective：To analyze the data of notifiable infectious disease cases reported in a general hospital from 2016 to 2021，so as to better guide the prevention，control and treatment of notifiable infectious diseases in the hospital. Methods：The cases of notifiable infectious diseases reported in the Chinese information system for disease control and prevention from 2016 to 2021 were selected and analyzed from the classification of infectious diseases，disease composition，age distribution，gender distribution and transmission route. Results：From 2016 to 2021，a total of 29873 cases of effective notifiable infectious diseases were reported in the hospital. Most of the reported cases of notifiable infectious diseases were Class C infectious diseases，accounting for 92.42%. The top six diseases were influenza，other infectious diarrhea，dysentery，syphilis，hand，foot and mouth disease and tuberculosis，with a cumulative composition ratio of 97.79%. Notifiable infectious diseases were reported to 29 clinical departments of the hospital，with the largest number of reported cases in the fever clinic，followed by pediatrics，The main types of infectious diseases reported by each department are different.The 20-29 age group had the largest number of reported cases（25.47%），followed by the 30-39 group（21.62%）. According to the distribution of transmission routes，there were 23592 cases（78.97%）of respiratory tract transmitted diseases，5247 cases（17.56%）of digestive tract transmitted diseases，1028 cases（3.44%）of blood and sexually transmitted diseases，and 6 cases（0.02%）of natural epidemic and insect-borne diseases. Conclusion：Respiratory and intestinal diseases are the focus of the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the region，but we should also pay attention to sexually transmitted diseases such as yphilis.Hospital staff need to make full use of the national intelligent monitoring and early warning software for infectious diseases，which is conducive to taking targeted prevention and control measures for infectious diseases as soon as possible，and can do a good job in studying and judging the epidemic situation by studying and judging the recent outpatient and inpatient related indicators and the change trend of the number and types of infectious diseases reported，and contributing to the rational allocation of medical resources in the hospital.
