中文摘要: 目的：在精细化管理理念下，利用OA平台实现医疗设备的信息化管理，提高医疗设备的工作效益和管理效率。方法：利用OA信息化平台，定制医疗设备管理各个环节相关表单，并系统化分析各环节的完成耗时，针对薄弱环节，落实改善措施。结果：实现了医疗设备的流程化、规范化、信息化管理，提高了医疗设备的管理效率。结论：引入精细化管理理念，科学化、规范化地管理医疗设备是医院提高效率，降低成本的有效措施，是适应新形势下管理的必然要求。
Abstract:Objective：Under the concept of fine management，the OA system is used to realize the information management of medical equipment and improve the work and management efficiency. Methods：The OA system was used to customize the forms of each link of medical equipment management，systematically analyze the time spent in completing each link，and implement measures to improve the weak links. Results：Through the process，standardization and information management of medical equipment are realized，and the management efficiency of medical equipment is improved. Conclusion：Introducing the concept of fine management，scientific and standardized management of medical equipment is an effective measure for hospitals to improve efficiency and reduce costs，and it is an inevitable requirement for management to adapt to the new situation.
