中文摘要: 目的：通过访谈了解手术患者对“互联网+麻醉门诊服务”的体验，分析患者对“互联网+麻醉门诊服务”平台设计、流程、内容等方面的评价，基于访谈结果提出“互联网+麻醉门诊服务”质量的提升策略。方法：确定访谈提纲，收集资料，采用一对一深度访谈法收集11名使用互联网麻醉门诊服务患者的访谈资料，运用现象学分析方法进行分析。结果：手术患者“互联网+麻醉门诊服务”体验提炼出“互联网+麻醉门诊服务”具备效率优化和服务专业的双向优势、“互联网+麻醉门诊服务”的需求、互联网+麻醉门诊服务体验的提升策略3个主题和7个子主题。结论：互联网+麻醉门诊服务高效便捷，手术患者认可度很高，医疗机构应进一步完善平台模块内容、功能与设计，推进平台信息化建设，监管平台信息安全，满足患者多元化健康需求，为患者提供高质量“互联网+麻醉门诊服务”。
Abstract:Objective：Through interviewing the patient’s real experience of “Internet+Anesthesia Outpatient Service”，we will understand the patient’s evaluation of the “Internet+Anesthesia Outpatient Service” platform design，process，content，etc.，and propose a strategy to improve the quality of “Internet+Anesthesia Outpatient Service” based on the interview results. Methods：Determine the interview outline，collect data，and use one-to-one in-depth interview method to collect interview data from 11patients using the Internet anesthesia clinic service，and use phenomenological analysis methods to analyze. Results：The experience of “Internet+Anesthesia Outpatient Service” for surgical patients has been refined 3 themes and 7 sub-themes，namely “Internet+Anesthesia Outpatient Service” has two-way advantages of efficiency optimization and professional service；“the demand of Internet+Anesthesia Outpatient Service”；the strategy of improving the experience of Internet+Anesthesia Outpatient Service. Conclusion：Internet+Anesthesia Outpatient Service is efficient and convenient，and the recognition of surgical patients is high. Medical institutions should further improve the content，functions and design of platform modules，supervise the platform information security，promote the construction of platform information，meet the diversified health needs of patients，strive to provide patients with high-quality “Internet+Anesthesia Outpatient Service”.
