Abstract:Clinical teachers have the dual roles of doctors and teachers，and their ethical performance has a direct impact on the quality of medical personnel training and the level of medical services. In view of the intrinsic correlation between the characteristics of the dual role of clinical teachers and the construction of teacher ethics，as well as the current role conflict，lack of system and lack of supervision in the medical education of teacher ethics，this paper builds a “four-in-one” governance system through the construction of the system-education-supervision-culture，which combines the system’s rigid constraints，soft guidance of education，supervision，reasonable prevention and cultural infiltration to enhance the synergistic governance，so as to cultivate the best teachers. This paper，through the construction of system，education，supervision and culture “four-in-one” governance system，combines the rigid constraints of the system，soft guidance of education，supervision and cultural infiltration and enhancement，to realize the synergistic governance of the clinical teachers’ morality and ethics，so as to cultivate a new era of “great doctors” who attach equal importance to both medical skills and ethics.
