中文摘要: 随着健康中国战略的深入推进，妇幼保健机构作为国家医疗卫生服务体系的重要组成部分，其高质量发展对于提升全民健康水平具有重要意义。本文探讨党建如何在妇幼保健机构高质量发展的过程中发挥其引领作用，并探索相应的实施策略。分析妇幼保健机构在当前人口形势下所面临的挑战与机遇，着重研究党建在发展方向、理论武装、管理机制、服务社会等方面对妇幼保健机构的引领作用，推动妇幼健康服务的高质量发展。
Abstract:With the in-depth advancement of the Healthy China Strategy，maternal and child health institutions，as an essential part of the national medical and health service system，play a significant role in enhancing the health level of the entire population. This article discusses how the leadership of Party building can contribute to the high-quality development of maternal and child health institutions and explores corresponding implementation strategies. The study analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by maternal and child health institutions under the current demographic situation，focusing on the guiding role of Party building in terms of development direction，theoretical armament，management mechanisms，and social service for maternal and child health institutions，in order to promote their high-quality development.
