DRG Payment Reform Nutritional Pathway Management Hospital Operational Efficiency

目的：探讨DRG支付改革下危重症患者全程营养路径管理对医院运营效益的影响。方法：选择2017年1月至2022年12月入住ICU/RICU的重症患者，将2017年至2019年入院的ICU患者设为对照组，将2020至2022年入住ICU的患者作为研究组，研究对象给予全程营养路径管理，采取回顾研究的方式，分析患者的营养支持和DRGs支付情况。结果：全程营养路径管理下的危重症患者临床治疗结果及营养监测指标均得以改善，DRG评价指标进一步优化。结论：对患者进行科学营养评估和合理营养路径支持，可规范诊疗流程，改善患者治疗结局，优化DRG付费下的治疗成本和效益，优化DRG相关评价指标，提高医院的运营管理效率和效益。
Objective：Exploring the impact of comprehensive nutrition pathway management for critically ill patients under DRG payment reform on hospital operational efficiency. Methods：Select critically ill patients admitted to ICU/RICU from January 2017 to December 2022，use ICU patients admitted from 2017 to 2019 as the control group，and use ICU patients admitted from 2020 to 2022 as the research group to receive full nutrition pathway management. A retrospective study will be conducted to analyze patients’ nutritional support and DRG payment status. Results：The clinical treatment outcomes and nutritional monitoring indicators of critically ill patients under full nutrition pathway management have been improved，and the DRG evaluation indicators have been further optimized. Conclusion：Scientific nutritional assessment and reasonable nutritional pathway support for patients can standardize the diagnosis and treatment process，improve patient treatment outcomes，optimize treatment costs and benefits under DRG payment，optimize DRG related evaluation indicators，and improve the operational management efficiency and benefits of hospitals.
