中文摘要: 目的：探讨预警控制措施在手外伤移植再植血管危象发生率的应用效果。方法：选择2020年5月—2023年5月我院收治的208例手外伤行游离皮瓣移植及断指再植术患者，通过标准随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取常规手外伤围手术期护理干预，观察组在常规护理干预的基础上采取预警控制干预措施。对比分析两组患者心理状态、血管危象发生率、手外伤移植再植成活率、生活质量等的变化。结果：护理后，与对照组相比，观察组患者SAS、SDS评分较低，血管危象发生率较低，移植再植成活率较高，SF-36评分较高，差异均具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：预警控制措施在降低手外伤移植再植术后患者血管危象发生率应用中效果较好，可缓解患者消极情绪，最大限度避免血管危象发生，提升移植再植成活率，对促进预后改善具有重要意义。
Abstract:Objective：To evaluate the effect of early warning and control system on the incidence of vascular crisis after hand injury transplantation and replantation. Methods：208 patients with hand trauma with graft reimplantation admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected and divided into observation and control groups by random number table method. The control group took routine perioperative nursing intervention，and the observation group took early warning control system intervention based on routine nursing intervention. The psychological state of the two groups was compared and analyzed. The incidence of vascular crisis and the survival rate of hand trauma transplantation and replantation；Changes in quality of life. Results：After nursing，the data of the two groups were compared，and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower. Compared with the control group，the incidence of vascular crisis was significantly decreased，and the survival rate of transplantation and replantation was increased，the SF-36 score was higher. The differences were statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：In the application of early warning control system to reduce the incidence of vascular crisis in patients with hand trauma after transplantation and replantation，it can alleviate negative emotions，avoid the occurrence of vascular crisis to the maximum extent，improve the survival rate of transplantation and replantation，and promote the improvement of prognosis.
