Specialty Alliance Pediatrics Training Effectiveness Satisfaction Koch Assessment Model

目的：对W市儿科医疗联盟培训项目开展培训效果评估，为提升联盟成员单位的儿科医疗服务能力提供相关依据。方法：选取参加2019年-2020年W市儿科医疗联盟培训的学员为研究对象，基于柯式评估模型设计问卷收集数据，从反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层进行综合评估。运用SPSS对问卷进行信度和效度分析，对学员基本信息进行描述性分析，通过卡方检验分析变量之间的相关性，采用Spearman相关性分析获得影响学员成绩的关键因素。结果：反应层的学员满意度为94.1%，学习层和行为层的指标值均大于4.5分，结果层的学员培训效益转化有待提升。结论：W市儿科医疗联盟培训项目整体满意度较高，有利于区域儿科医疗服务能力提升。
Objective：To carry out training effect assessment of the training program of W city pediatric medical alliance，and to provide relevant basis for improving the pediatric medical service capacity of the alliance member units. Methods：Trainees participating in the pediatric medical alliance training in W city from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the study object，and a questionnaire was designed to collect data based on the Koch assessment model to conduct a comprehensive assessment from the reaction，learning，behavioral，and outcome layers. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS，the basic information of the trainees was analyzed descriptively，the correlation between variables was analyzed by chi-square test，and the key factors affecting the trainees’ performance were obtained using Spearman correlation analysis. Results：Trainee satisfaction in the reaction layer was 94.1%，the index values of the learning and behavioral layers were greater than 4.5 points，and the transformation of trainee training benefits in the outcome layer needed to be improved. Conclusion：The overall satisfaction of the training program of the Pediatric Medical Alliance of W City is high，which is conducive to the improvement of regional pediatric medical service capacity.
