中文摘要: 目的：探讨农村老年人社会资本、生活质量及衰弱三者的联系。方法：横断面研究，以云南省407名农村老人为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、衰弱综合评估工具、农村老年人资源生成器量表及健康调查12条简表，调查老年人基本情况、衰弱程度、社会资本和生活质量。采用SPSS27.0进行统计描述及相关性分析；Process4.0程序进行中介效应检验。结果：社会资本对生活质量具有正向预测作用（β=0.403，P＜0.001），对衰弱程度有负向预测作用（β=-0.477，P＜0.001）；衰弱程度对生活质量有负向预测作用（β=-0.532，P＜0.001），且削弱了社会资本与生活质量间的相关性（β=0.149，P＜0.001）。衰弱在云南省农村老年人社会资本与生活质量间起部分中介作用（bootstrap95%CI：0.187~0.328），中介效应占比63.03%。结论：社会资本可通过衰弱程度影响农村老年人生活质量。
Abstract:Objective：To explore the relationship among social capital，quality of life，and frailty of the rural elderly. Methods：A cross-sectional study was conducted on 407 rural elders in Yunnan Province. The basic situation，frailty degree，social capital and quality of life of the elderly were investigated using the general data questionnaire，frailty Comprehensive assessment tool，resource generator scale for Rural elderly and the 12-item health survey. SPSS27.0 was used for statistical description and correlation analysis. The Process4.0 program performs mediation effect testing. Results：Social capital had a positive predictive effect on quality of life（β=0.403，P < 0.001），and a negative predictive effect on frailty（β=-0.477，P < 0.001）. Frailty had a negative predictive effect on quality of life（β=-0.532，P < 0.001），and weakened the association between social capital and quality of life（β=0.149，P < 0.001）. Frailty played a partial mediating role in the relationship between social capital and quality of life of the rural elderly in Yunnan Province（bootstrap 95%CI：0.187~0.328），and the mediating effect accounted for 63.03%. Conclusion：Social capital can affect the quality of life of rural elderly through the degree of frailty.
