目的：基于三维结构医疗机构主导，构建“互联网+护理服务”质量评价体系。方法：以Donabedian 提出的“结构-过程-结果”为理论框架，基于文献检索、半结构式访谈、田野研究初步构建质量评价指标条目池，通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询法确定评价指标体系。结果：两轮专家积极系数100%，权威系数为0.90，两轮专家咨询的肯德尔系数分别为0.283、0.266（P＜0.05），具有较高一致性，最终形成包含3个一级条目，11个二级条目，57个三级条目的“互联网+护理服务”质量评价体系。结论：基于三维结构医疗机构主导的“互联网+护理服务”质量评价体系内容合理，构建过程科学，可为我国医疗机构“互联网+护理服务”质量评价提供参考。

Objective：To build a quality evaluation system for “Internet+nursing service” based on a three-dimensional structure of medical institutions. Methods：Based on the theoretical framework of “structure-process-result” proposed by Donabedian，a pool of quality evaluation indexes was initially constructed based on literature search，semi-structured interview and field research，and the evaluation index system was determined through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation. Results：The positive coefficient of the two rounds of experts was 100%，the authority coefficient was 0.90，and the Kendall coefficient of the two rounds of expert correspondence was 0.283 and 0.266（P < 0.05），respectively，with high consistency. Finally，an Internet+nursing service quality evaluation system with 3 first-level items，11 second-level items and 57 third-level items was formed. Conclusions：The content of the medical institution-led Internet+nursing service quality evaluation system based on the three-dimensional structure is reasonable，and the construction process is scientific，which can provide a reference basis for the evaluation of Internet+nursing service quality of medical institutions in China.
