Abstract:Objective：Based on the years of practice of SPD supply chain management mode，improve the problems existing in supply chain management and improve the management level of hospital medical consumables supply chain. Methods：Summarize the effectiveness of hospital consumables management after SPD was launched in the past five years，analyze the problems and risks existing in the implementation of SPD supply chain from three aspects：maintenance of the basic dictionary of consumables，logistics management and implementation，and supplier distribution，and propose five aspects of building a centralized procurement interface platform，establishing an inbound and outbound review system，establishing a real-time tracking module for order status，an intelligent inventory early warning mechanism，and SPD personnel performance appraisal system，Optimization suggestions and solutions. Results：Reduce the redundancy of consumables inventory，reduce the occupation of funds，warn the abnormal situation of consumables，improve the data processing ability of the platform，strengthen personnel management，and optimize the SPD supply chain model. Conclusion：The SPD model can effectively promote the construction of modern digital hospitals and improve the management level of hospital medical consumables，but how to effectively implement the policies formulated by the state and solve the problems of dictionary，personnel，and logistics management in the process of practice requires continuous optimization of the SPD supply chain management model.
