Public Hospital Medical Staff Internet Hospital Influencing Factor

目的：调查了解公立医院医务人员对互联网医院益处和风险感知，分析医务人员对互联网医院益处及风险感知差异的影响因素。方法：采用问卷调查，对江苏省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院医务人员进行互联网医院认知情况调查；采用秩和检验、多分类有序logistic回归，分析不同特征医务人员对互联网医院益处及风险感知水平差异及影响因素。结果：参与调查的281名医务人员中，对互联网医院益处感知主要为“改善和维护患者健康”（83.6%）；对互联网医院风险感知最高的为“增大医疗风险”（66.2%）。护理人员相对于临床医生，更可能感知互联网医院益处（P＜0.05），护理人员和行政管理人员相对临床医生感知互联网医院风险小的可能性更大（P＜0.05）。结论：医务人员对互联网医院益处及风险感知受不同因素影响，需制定合理的互联网诊疗服务价格、完善考核激励机制，提升医务人员益处感知水平；建立健全相关法律法规及规章制度，降低风险感知，调动医务人员参与互联网诊疗积极性，激发互联网医院发展动力。
Objective：To investigate the medical staff’s perception of benefits and risks of Internet hospitals in public hospitals，and analyze the influencing factors that affect the difference of benefits and risks of medical staff to Internet hospitals. Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the medical staff’s cognition of Internet hospitals in acertain tertiarygrade A cancer hospital in Jiangsu Province. Rank sum test and multi-classification logistic regression were used to analyze the differences of benefits and risk perception levels of medical staff with different characteristics to Internet hospitals and their influencing factors. Results：Among the 281 medical staff who participated in the survey，the main perception of the benefits of Internet hospitals was “improving and maintaining patients’ health”（83.6%）；The highest risk perception of Internet hospitals is “increasing medical risks”（66.2%）. Compared with clinicians，nurses are more likely to perceive the benefits of Internet hospitals（P＜0.05），and nurses and administrators are more likely to perceive the risks of Internet hospitals than clinicians（P＜0.05）. Conclusions：Medical staff’s perception of benefits and risks of Internet hospitals is influenced by different factors，so it is necessary to formulate reasonable prices of Internet medical services，improve the assessment and incentive mechanism，and improve the level of medical staff’s perception of benefits. Establish and improve relevant laws and regulations，reduce risk perception，mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff to participate in Internet diagnosis and treatment，and stimulate the development momentum of Internet hospitals.
