中文摘要: 目的:探讨以问题为导向的教学模式在超声科临床带教中应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月-2022年6月在我院超声科进行临床实习,且专业课水平测试、成绩相当的82名实习生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,分为参照组、研究组各41名,其中参照组实施传统带教模式,研究组在传统教学基础上采取以问题为导向的教学模式。对比两组实习生见习结束成绩考核结果(理论成绩、实操成绩和阅片成绩)及教学效果。结果:研究组实习生理论成绩、实操成绩和阅片成绩均高于参照组,且教学效果评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声科临床带教中积极应用以问题为导向的教学模式,能取得较为理想的带教效果,可有效提升实习生理论成绩、实操成绩及思维能力等,进而帮助其更好地提升相关操作技能。
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of problem oriented teaching mode in clinical teaching of ultrasound. Method:A total of the 82 interns who underwent clinical internships in the Ultrasound Department of our hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 and achieved comparable results in their professional course proficiency tests were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a reference group and a research group,with 41 students in each group. The reference group implemented a teaching model of guidance and guidance,while the research group adopted a problem oriented teaching model on the basis of traditional teaching. Compare the assessment results(theoretical scores,practical scores,and film reading scores)and teaching effectiveness of two groups of interns after completing their internship. Results:It’s showed that the theoretical,practical,and film reading scores of the research group interns were higher than those of the reference group,and the teaching effectiveness score was higher than that of the reference group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The active application of problem oriented teaching mode in clinical teaching of ultrasound can achieve more ideal teaching effects,effectively improve interns’ theoretical and practical performance,as well as thinking abilities,and help them better improve relevant operational skills.
