| 目的：目前我国许多大型公立医院出现多院区管理模式，本研究对多院区医院发展与管理展开系统研究，以明确医疗服务同质化建设的重点问题，为多院区医疗服务同质化提供理论依据。方法：本研究设计的调查问卷，内容主要包含组织管理一体化程度、人力资源协同配置程度、医疗资源共享程度、信息系统一体化程度、医院文化一体化程度等方面。在江苏省省级机关医院（南京医科大学附属老年医院）参与多院区工作的人员中开展问卷调查，并采用主成分分析法提取主成分进行因子分析。结果：调查结果显示，一体化部署的信息系统、一体化搭建的组织管理架构、一体化配置的人力资源、一体化调配的医疗资源、一体化建设的医院文化是实现多院区医院医疗服务同质化的重要因素。结论：管理者需要明确多院区服务同质化的主要影响因素，把握多院区同质化建设的重点，为在不同院区就诊的患者提供同品质医疗服务做好理论支撑。 |

| Objective：At present，many public hospitals adopt multi-campus management model.This study aims to research the developments in the multi-campus management to clarify the key issues in the construction of homogenization of medical services，so asto provide theory basis for the homogeneity management in the multi-campus hospital. Methods：A questionnaire was designed，including integration degree of organizational management，collaborative allocation degree of human resources，sharing degree of medical resources，integration degree of information system and integration degree of hospital culture. The survey was carried out in people who participate in multi-campus hospital work in Geriatric Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. Principal component analysis was used to extract principal components for factor analysis. Results：The survey results showed thatintegrated deployment of information system，integrated construction of organization and management structure，integrated allocation of human resources，integrated deployment of medical resources，and integrated construction of hospital culture were the important factors of the homogeneity management in the multi-campus hospital. Conclusions：It is important for the managers of the multi-campus hospitals to make clear the main influencing factors of service homogenization in multi-campuses，and grasp the key point of homogenization construction. To provide theoretical support for providing the same quality medical services to patients in different hospital areas. |
