目的:探讨公立医院DRG-PPS支付方式下绩效管理遇到的问题与对策。方法:以某医院2021年实施DRG-PPS数据为基础,分析医保支付方式改革过程中医院绩效管理面临的压力,探讨适合的绩效管理优化方向。结果:通过组织架构、医疗质量把控、医保政策培训、病案质控、药耗管控、绩效考核、成本管理、信息化平台搭建等方式,形成适应公立医院面对医保支付方式改革的绩效管理路径。结论:在DRG-PPS支付方式下,公立医院应加强绩效管理的探索与应用,推进医疗资源合理配置,提升医疗服务质量与效率。
Objective:To explore the problems and countermeasures of performance management under DRG-PPS payment in public hospitals. Methods:Based on the data of DRG-PPS implemented bya certainhospital in 2021,the pressure of hospital performance management under the reform of medical insurance payment method was analyzed,and the appropriate direction of performance management optimization was discussed. Results:Through organizational structure,medical quality control,medical insurance policy training,medical record quality control,drug consumption control,performance assessment,cost management,information platform construction and other methods,a performance management path suitable for public hospitals facing the reform of medical insurance payment method was formed. Conclusion:Under DRG-PPS payment,public hospitals should strengthen the exploration and application of performance management,promote the rational allocation of medical resources,and improve the quality and efficiency of medical services.
