FOCUS-PDCA在提高新生儿科环境清洁消毒质量中的应用研究△

摘要:
目的:探讨FOCUS-PDCA在提高新生儿科环境清洁消毒质量中的应用效果。方法:将2021年7月-9月环境清洁消毒质量作为对照组,将2021年10月-12月、2022年1月-3月、2022年4月-6月环境清洁消毒质量作为观察组,运用FOCUS-PDCA进行修订相关制度流程、开展针对性培训、加强督查与干预等循环管理。比较2组环境清洁消毒质量和医院感染发生率情况。结果:FOCUS-PDCA实施后有效的荧光标记清除率由2021年三季度的55.56%升高至2022年二季度的94.55%,χ2趋势值=48.664,P<0.001;物表消毒合格率由80.95%上升至100%,达到计划目标的合格率(100%),χ2趋势值=14.715,P<0.005,差异有统计学意义;干预后,2021年四季度、2022年一季度、二季度医院感染发病率呈下降趋势,χ2趋势值=1 255.921,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:采用FOCUS-PDCA进行循环管理,实施培训、督查与干预,提高了新生儿科环境清洁消毒质量,降低医院感染风险。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application effect of FOCUS-PDCA in improving the quality of environmental cleaning and disinfection in neonataldepartment. Methods:The environmental cleaning and disinfection quality from July to September 2021 was taken as the control group,and the environmental cleaning and disinfection quality from October to December 2021,from January to March 2022,and from April to June 2022 were taken as the observation group. Use FOCUS-PDCA to revise relevant system process,carry out targeted training,strengthen supervision and intervention and other cycle management. The quality of environmental cleaning and disinfection and the incidence of nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups. Results:The effective fluorescence label clearance rate increased from 55.56% in thethird quarter of 2021 to 94.55 in the second quarter of 2022,χ2 trend value=48.664,P < 0.001. The qualified rate of surface disinfection increased from 80.95% to 100%,reaching the target(100%),χ2 trend value=14.715,P < 0.005,the difference was statistically significant. After the intervention,the incidence of nosocomial infection showed a decreasing trend in the fourth quarter of 2021,the first quarter of 2022 and the second quarter of 2022,χ2 trend value=1255.921,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:The FOCUS-PDCA cycle management,training,supervision and intervention can improve the environmental cleaning and disinfection quality of neonatal department and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
