中文摘要: 为满足新冠感染者病例骤增和隔离收治要求，方舱医院在新冠病毒感染者的救治中起到了重要作用。本轮上海疫情主要由于新冠病毒奥密克戎变异株的流行，因此在疫情传播控制方面的要求更高，对方舱医院后勤管理更应当格外重视。作者团队先后参与了上海漕宝路方舱医院及西岸A馆方舱医院的筹建及运行管理，提出了“一体、二分、三定、四急、五备”的管理原则，在实际运行中着重贯彻全员一体化与岗位个体化管理，并在2022年8月的海南三亚抗疫实践中取得成功，为今后疫情防控中的方舱医院后勤管理提供重要参考。
Abstract:To meet the requirements of sudden increase of COVID-19 isolation and treatment，makeshift hospitals have played an important role in the treatment of the patients of COVID-19. The current outbreak in Shanghai is mainly due to the epidemic of the Omicron variant. Thus，the requirements for the control of epidemic dissemination are higher.It is necessary to pay special attention to the logistics management of the makeshift hospital. The authors’ team have participated in the preparation and operation management of Caobao Road makeshift hospital and West Bank Pavilion A makeshift hospital，and proposed the management principles of “One System，Two Parts，Three Decisions，Four Emergencies and Five Preparations”，paid more attention to integration and individual management，and got success in anti-COVID-19 in Sanya，Hainan in August 2022，providing reference and strategies for logistics management of makeshift hospital in epidemic prevention and control in the future.
