Abstract:Objective：DRG performance assessment indicators and TOPSIS method were used to evaluate the inpatient service performance of each area in the certain obstetrics and gynecology hospital，which was the basis for optimizing the utilization efficiency of inpatient medical resources and improving medical service. Methods：Using CHS-DRG 1.0 grouping scheme，37，748 cases enrolled in a certain grade A tertiary obstetrics and gynecology hospital in 2021 were analyzed. The enrolled cases were analyzed by six indicators from three dimensions：medical service ability，resource utilization efficiency and quality and safety management. TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the inpatient service performance of each area. Results：The TEI and CEI of the hospital in 2021 were 0.907 and 0.813，lower than the average of the city. TOPSIS evaluation results show that the comprehensive benefit of the first department of pediatrics，the third department of gynecology and the first department of mammary gland was the best. The overall ranking of obstetric ward is lower. Conclusion：The use of DRG indicators could objectively and scientifically evaluate the inpatient service performance，and hospital administrators can make rational use of the evaluation results in combination with hospital development and clinical specialty construction.
