Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Drugs Information System Integrated Management

目的：分析南京大学附属鼓楼医院麻醉科信息系统集成化管理模式在麻醉药品和精神药品管理方面的效果。方法：自2021年3月起，在医院麻醉科实施信息系统集成化管理模式，针对麻精药品使用登记、收费、废弃管理等问题进行全面整改，分别统计信息系统集成化管理模式前后各12个月的麻精药品核药时间、核账时间、用药反馈率、处方错误率、药品废弃率，并统计麻精药品相关不良事件的发生率以及麻醉医护人员麻精药品使用工作量满意度。结果：与应用前相比，应用信息系统集成化管理模式后核药时间、核账时间、用药反馈率、处方错误率、药品废弃率均显著下降（P < 0.05）；麻精药品相关不良事件的发生率显著下降（P < 0.05）；麻醉科医护人员工作效率及工作量满意度明显提高（P < 0.05）。结论：应用信息系统集成化管理模式可显著提高麻精药品管理的规范化，为麻精药品临床使用及患者安全提供了安全保障。
Objective：To analyze the effect of integrated management mode of narcotic information system in the management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugsin Drum Tower Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University Medical School. Methods：Since March 2021，the integrated management mode of information system has been implemented in the Department of Anesthesiology of our hospital，and comprehensive rectification has been carried out for the problems of ephedrine drug use registration，charging，and abandonment management. The nucleation time，accounting time，medication feedback rate，prescription error rate，and drug abandonment rate of ephedrine drugs 12 months before and after the integrated management mode of information system have been counted，and the incidence of adverse events related to ephedrine drugs and the satisfaction of anesthesia medical staff with the workload of ephedrine drug use have been counted. Results：Compared with that before application，the nuclear drug time，accounting time，medication feedback rate，prescription error rate and drug abandonment rate were significantly decreased（P < 0.05）；the incidence of adverse events related to hemp essence drugs was significantly decreased（P < 0.05）；and the work efficiency and workload satisfaction of anesthesiology medical staff were significantly improved（P < 0.05）after the application of information system integrated management mode. Conclusion：After applying the integrated management mode of information system，the standardization of the management of ephedrine drugs has been significantly improved，which provides a safety guarantee for the clinical use of hemp essence drugs and patient safety.
