中文摘要: 目的：探讨远程监测住院患者血糖结果对医院糖尿病质量控制体系的影响。方法：回顾性研究了南京医科大学第一附属医院 2019年1月1日至 2021 年12月31日住院患者上传到质控平台血糖模块的POCT血糖结果，分析住院患者发生血糖数值异常情况。结果：质控平台共收到血糖仪室内质控记录159，191次，血糖结果记录1，020，938次。与2019年相比，2020年、2021年室内质控记录分别增加93.61%、201.85%；血糖结果记录分别增加83.30%、100.81%。质控平台接收的血糖结果，血糖读数＞13.9 mmol/l的，分别占各年上传数据的15.81%、15.53%、14.30%；血糖读数≤3.9 mmol/l的，分别占各年上传数据的0.63%、0.88%、0.96%。血糖≤3.9 mmol/的病例，年检出率分别为7.59%、8.43%、7.73%。结论：监测POCT血糖是糖尿病管理的重要组成部分，实时、动态的血糖质量控制平台可提高医院糖尿病数字化管理能力。
Abstract:Objective：To explore the impact of remote monitoring of inpatient blood glucose values on the hospital’s diabetes quality control system. Methods：POCT glucose results uploaded to the glucose module of the quality control platform by inpatients from January 1，2019 to December 31，2021 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were retrospectively studied to understand the occurrence of abnormal glucose values in inpatients. Result：The quality management control platform received a total of 159，191 indoor QC（quality control）records for blood glucose meters and 1，020，938 records for blood glucose values. Compared with 2019，the growth rate of indoor QC records in 2020 and 2021 is 93.61% and 201.85%，and the growth rate of blood glucose value records is 83.30% and 100.81%. For the blood glucose results received by the quality control platform，the data of blood glucose >13.9 mmol/l zone were 15.81%，15.53%，14.30%，and the data of blood glucose ≤3.9 mmol/l zone were 0.63%，0.88%，0.96%，respectively. The annual detection rates for cases with blood glucose ≤3.9 mmol/were 7.59%，8.43%，and 7.73%，respectively. Conclusion：Monitoring POCT glucose is an important part of diabetes management，and a real-time，dynamic glucose quality control platform improves the digital management of diabetes in hospitals.
