中文摘要: 目的：对PDCA循环应用于改善非计划再次手术发生率的实践效果进行评价，为医疗质量的改进提供参考。方法：将PDCA循环方法应用于非计划再次手术改进计划，并应用SPSS22.0软件对应用前后的结果进行统计分析。结果：PDCA循环应用后，非计划再次手术的发生率从0.89%下降到0.51%，差异有统计学意义。非计划再次手术的上报率从53.85%上升到87.5%。结论：应用PDCA循环方法可以有效地降低非计划再次手术的发生率，提高患者的医疗质量。
Abstract:Objective：To evaluate the practical effect of PDCA cycle on improving the incidence of unplanned reoperation，and provide a reference for the improvement of medical quality. Methods：The PDCA cycle method was applied to unplanned reoperationimprovement planning，and SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the results before and after application. Results：After the application of PDCA cycle，the incidence of unplanned reoperation decreased from 0.89% to 0.51，the difference was statistically significant. The reporting rate of unplanned reoperations increased from 53.85% to 87.5%. Conclusion：The application of PDCA circulation method can effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned reoperation and improve the quality of patients’ medical care.
