    目的:研究分析南通市某医院2021年患者满意度调查结果,制定针对性提高满意度策略。方法:通过委托第三方调查南通市某医院2021年1-12月患者满意度,分析讨论各项指标。结果:2021年度总体满意度月均值为96.37,十二项指标中满意度最低的是膳食服务,医院收费,护士服务;膳食服务、护士服务、药房、护士技术四项指标Pearson相关性分析显示与整体满意度显著相关。结论:提高机构整体满意度,需要着重针对膳食服务、护士服务、护士技术进行整改,以改善就医服务,提升服务质量。

    Objective:To study and analyze the satisfaction results of a certain hospital in Nantong in 2021,and formulate targeted strategiesto improve satisfaction. Methods:A third party was entrusted to investigate the satisfaction of a certain hospital in Nantong from January to December 2021,and various indicators were analyzed and discussed. Results:The monthly average of overall satisfaction in 2021 was 96.37. Among the 12 indicators,the lowest satisfaction was in meal service,hospital charge and nurse service;Pearson correlation values of meal service,nurse service,pharmacy and nurse technology showed that these four indicators were significantly related to overall satisfaction. Conclusion:In order to improve the overall satisfaction of the institution,we should focus on the rectification of catering service,nursing service,and nursing technology,so as to improve the medical service and service quality.
