Maternal and Child Health Institutions Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Strategy
以江苏省某县级妇幼保健机构中医科为例，运用SWOT分析法，探讨县级妇幼保健机构开展中医药服务时存在的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战。以中医健康理念、特色诊疗技术、名医流派传承等优势为基础，通过坚持党建引领，推进医联体建设、培育优势病种、加大中医药宣传、规范质控管理等方式抓重点、补短板，为县级妇幼保健机构中医药服务高质量发展提供参考。
Taking the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of acertain county-level maternal and child health care institution in Jiangsu Province as an example，the SWOT analysis method was used to explore the existing advantages，disadvantages，opportunities and challenges when the county-level maternal and child health care institutions carry out traditional Chinese medicine services. To health concept and characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment technology，such as medical schools inheritance advantage as the foundation，by insisting on the party leading，promoting the construction of couplet of medical，cultivating advantage diseases，increase publicity，standardization of quality control of traditional Chinese medicine management，and other ways to grasp key，fill short board，for maternal and child health care service quality of traditional Chinese medicine development at the county level to provide the reference.
