多因素logistic回归分析显示:健康状况较差(OR=2.795,95%CI:1.244-6.280)、有离岗意愿(OR=2.781,95%CI:1.939-3.990)、年龄≤30岁(OR=2.530,95%CI:1.689-3.792)、高工作压力(OR=2.347,95%CI:1.743-3.161)为职业倦怠的危险因素;愿意参加新冠病毒疫苗接种工作(OR=0.529,95%CI:0.292-0.958)、不加班(OR=0.539,95%CI:0.341-0.852)、工作能力强(OR=0.659,95%CI:0.512-0.848)、有技能培训需求(OR=0.728,95%CI:0.568-0.932)为职业倦怠的保护因素(P值均<0.05)。结论:新冠病毒疫苗接种人员整体职业倦怠形势不容乐观,在预防倦怠时要重点关注健康状况较差、有离岗意愿、低年龄、高工作压力的人群。

Objective:To investigate the situation of burnout and its influencing factors of COVID-19 vaccination vaccinators in Taizhou City, and to provide theoretical basis and policy recommendations for preventing burnout. Methods:The basic situation and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS)of those engaged in COVID-19 vaccination in Taizhou City were surveyed by means of an online questionnaire. Results:A total of 1532 questionnaires and 1498 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the effective rate of questionnaires was 97.78%. Burnout was detected in 855 persons(57.08%). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that poor health status(OR=2.795,95% CI:1.244-6.280),willingness to leave work(OR=2.781,95% CI:1.939-3.990),age ≤30 years(OR=2.530,95% CI:1.689-3.792),and high work pressure(OR=2.347,95% CI:1.743-3.161)were risk factors for burnout. Willingness to participate in COVID-19 vaccination work(OR=0.529,95% CI:0.292-0.958),no overtime(OR=0.539,95% CI:0.341-0.852),strong work ability(OR=0.659,95% CI:0.512-0.848),and skills training needs(OR=0.728,95% CI:0.568-0.932)are protective factors for burnout(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The overall burnout situation of covid-19 vaccination personnel is not optimistic, and when preventing burnout,it is necessary to focus on people with poor health, willingness to leave work, low age and high work pressure.
