Abstract:Objective：To evaluate the current status and influencing factors of resilience on social workers in Nanjing during COVID-19. Methods：The questionnaire survey and community resilience evaluation form were used to evaluate the current situation of the respondents’ resilience.Multiple linear regression analysis were usedto analyze the influencing factors of stress resistances. Results：100 cases of social workers in this community were enrolled. Scores of five index fromresilience，namely contact and care，community resources，change potential，disaster management，information and communication were 15.92 ± 7.02，20.15 ± 5.75，30.22 ± 8.27，15.16 ± 2.05，15.92 ± 2.18，respectively；while total score was 97.37 ± 4.65. The regression analysis showed that men social workers with longer social working hours，better health，and better education had high community resilience scores（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：During the COVID-19 period，resilience of social workers ina certain community in Nanjing was generally at a high level，which promoted the urban fight against the epidemic. In addition，men social workers with longer social work hours，better physical condition，and better education tend to have higher resilience. Under the background of normal epidemic prevention and control，more attention should be paid to the physical condition and professional knowledge ability of community social workers，and actively develop psychological counseling，physical assessment，professional skills training and other methods to improve the resilience of social workers.
