Abstract:Objective：To analyze the changes in the number of inpatients with cerebrovascular disease，gender composition，age distribution，seasonal characteristics，disease proportions，and case fatality rates in a certain tertiary general hospital from 2014 to 2020，so as to provide references for timely and effective prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods：The basic information of inpatients with cerebrovascular disease in a certainhospital from 2014 to 2020 was collected and sorted out，which for retrospective analysis. Results：From 2014 to 2020，24，240 casesof cerebrovascular disease were admitted to a hospital，and the number of cases increased year-after-year，but the number of cerebrovascular cases decreased in 2020. Among cerebrovascular cases，proportion of male patientsare higher than females，there is no statistically significant difference in mortality between men and women.The proportion of elderly patients is the largest，moreover，the case fatality rateis the highest，there are the most cases in Decemberand cerebral infarction diseases accounted for the highest proportion. Conclusion：We should focus on the prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the middle-aged and elderly men in winter，and actively do the primary and secondary prevention of stroke.
