Abstract:Objective：To investigate the effect of the zero-markup policy for medical consumables on the hospitalization expenses of patients undergoing PCI for coronary heart disease patients. Methods：Collecting the medical records of 6，167 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI forone year before and after the abolition of consumables addition on December 10，2019 by a retrospective method，comparing and analyzing the changes in hospitalization expenses and composition of patients before and after the implementation of the policy. Results：After abolished the addition of consumables，the total cost of hospitalization for patients with coronary heart disease PCI surgery has increased slightly，treatment costs and comprehensive medical service costs have increased significantly，and the proportion of consumption has decreased significantly. Conclusion：The consumables bonus abolished policy has generally optimized the structure of patient hospitalization expenses. The next step is to standardize the clinical path management of interventional surgery，strengthen the cost control of medical consumables，and optimize and adjust the price of medical services to reduce the burden on patients.
