    目的:研究制定科学、合理的医院医疗质量积分管理模式。方法:将18项医疗核心制度设立积分管理细则,利用信息化平台对全院医疗行为进行监管。通过院内集成平台和 HIS 系统,对医生医疗核心制度实施情况进行积分化管理以进行考核,比较积分化管理前后医疗核心质量指标,进一步完善管理模式。结果:通过积分管理,实现医疗指标的提升,平均住院日缩短了0.24天,病床使用率提高了10.7%,出院病历3日归档率提高了5.2%,临床路径入径率提高了11.5%。结论:积分管理模式使医疗核心制度知晓率和落实情况均得到改善,几项重要医疗指标得到改善,提高了医疗质量和医疗安全。

    Objective:To establish a scientific and reasonable management model of hospital medical quality integral. Methods:This management model established 18 core medical system points management rules,implemented and supervised by information platform,and applied this management model to the supervision of medical behavior in the whole hospital. Through the integrated platform in hospital and HIS system,doctors’medical behaviors are regulated by using the management rules of core system points,and the implementation of doctors’medical core system is evaluated by integrating management points,compare the medical core quality index before and after the integration management,perfect the management mode. Results:Through point management,the improvement of medical indicators has been achieved. The average hospital stay has been shortened by 0.24 days,the bed utilization rate has increased by 10.7%,the 3-day discharge medical record filing rate has increased by 5.2%,and the clinical path entry rate has increased by 11.5%. Conclusion:The Integral Management Mode improves the awareness rate and implementation of medical core system,improves several important medical indicators,improves medical quality and medical safety.
