中文摘要: 目的：利用65岁及以上老年人体检数据，构建心血管疾病死亡风险模型，为识别和防控危险因素提供依据。方法：基于2015年-2019年在上海市浦东新区潍坊社区卫生服务中心参加体检的老年人体检数据，与区疾病预防与控制中心提供同期因心血管病死亡人员数据进行匹配，以连续数据为基础，构建基于体检数据的心血管病死亡风险模型。结果：连续3年和4年数据库交集分别为50人、39人，构建心血管病死亡风险因素模型，模型中影响该社区老年人心血管疾病死亡风险主要有年龄、BMI、吸烟、饮酒、高血脂症、水肿、收缩压等因素。结论：利用体检数据可以有效识别本辖区社区人群心血管疾病的危险因素，家庭医生应及时关注并干预相关危险因子，做好一级预防。
Abstract:Objective：To construct a cardiovascular disease death risk model based on the physical examination data of the elderly aged 65 and over，so as to provide basis for identifying and preventing risk factors. Methods：Based on the physical examination data of the elderly who participated in the physical examination in Weifang Community Health Service Center of Pudong New Area，they were matched with the data of cardiovascular disease deaths in the same period provided by the district center for disease prevention and control. Based on the continuous data，a cardiovascular disease death risk model based on the physical examination data was constructed. Results：The database intersection for 3 and 4 consecutive years was 50 and 39respectively. Build a cardiovascular disease death risk factor model，in which the main factors affecting the cardiovascular disease death risk of the elderly in the community are age，BMI，smoking，alcohol consumption，hyperlipidemia，edema，systolic blood pressure and other factors. Conclusion：The use of physical examination data can effectively identify the risk factors of cardiovascular disease in the community population under the jurisdiction. Family doctors should timely pay attention to and intervene the relevant risk factors and do a good job in primary prevention.
