Abstract:Objective：Under the background of the purchase of drug consumables by volume and the price adjustment of medical services，the impact of coronaryheart disease cost and medical burden of patients was investigated. Methods：Discharged patients with coronary stents in a certain grade A tertiary hospital from January to May 2020 and January to May 2021 was selected as the research object，and the data collected was analyzed by statistical method of independent sample T test. Results：The number of stent users，total medical expenses，medical insurance pooling fees and individual payment fees changed significantly after the adjustment of coronary artery stent volume procurement and medical service price. Compared with 2020，the study showed that there was an increase in the number of patients with one stent，two stents and three or more stents in 2021. It was found that the cost of stents demonstrated a downward trend. After the reasonable optimization of medical service price，the total medical cost of patients，medical insurance pooling fees and individual payment feespresented a downward trend as well. Conclusion：The purchase of drug consumables by volume and the price adjustment of medical services have great influence on the cost ofcoronary heart disease treatment，which is an effective way to reduce the burden of patients and optimize the entire hospital price system.
