目的:探讨亚专业组组长负责制进行诊断报告质量控制在超声科质量控制中的价值。方法:对超声科2019年1月至2020年12月的超声报告按亚专业组(腹部组、血管组、浅表器官组、心脏组、妇产组、介入组)进行质量控制,实行科主任领导下亚专业组组长负责制,组长负责每月对本组任意一工作日所有本组报告进行抽查,依据报告描述、报告诊断、报告存图三大项十小项进行统计,并计算报告合格率。每月举行质量控制分析会议,指出共性问题及典型个性问题,对相应问题进行分析、总结并部署持续改进措施。比较质量控制分析会议前后3个月超声报告质量变化。结果:通过比较质量控制分析会议前后3个月各亚专业组的报告质量,质量控制会议后的报告合格率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);初级医师组及中高级医师组质量控制会议后报告质量合格率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实行亚专业组组长负责制,以诊断报告质量控制为切入点,对超声质量控制起到良好促进作用,有一定推广价值,但超声质量控制是一项长期性工作,需要持续改进并持之以恒。
Purpose:Discuss the value of sub-professional group leader responsible for the quality control of diagnostic reports in the quality control of ultrasound department. Methods:In this study,the ultrasound reports of our department from January 2019 to December 2020 were quality controlled according to sub-specialty groups(abdominal group,vascular group,superficial organ group,heart group,obstetrics and gynecology group,interventional group). The sub-professional team leader responsibility system is implemented under the leadership of the section director. The team leader is responsible for spot-checking all reports of the team on any working day of the team every month,according to the report description,report diagnosis,report save map three items and ten small items to make statistics,and calculate the report pass rate. Hold monthly quality control analysis meetings,point out common problems and typical individual problems,analyze and summarize the corresponding problems,and deploy continuous improvement measures. Compare the quality changes of the ultrasound report 3 months before and after the quality control analysis meeting. Results:By comparing the report quality of each sub-professional group in the three months before and after the quality control analysis meeting,the report qualification rate after the quality control meeting was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After the quality control meeting of the junior doctor group and the senior doctor group,the report quality qualification rate was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusions:Implement the sub-professional team leader responsibility system,take the quality control of ultrasound diagnostic reports as the entry point,play a good role in promoting ultrasound quality control,and have a certain promotion value,but ultrasound quality control is a long-term task that requires continuous improvement and perseverance .
