中文摘要: 目的：对江苏省某儿童医院自体人乳库运行5年状况进行分析，为进一步加强自体人乳库管理、推广住院患儿母乳喂养提供借鉴。方法：对江苏省某儿童医院2016年至2020年自体人乳库的送奶情况、送奶母亲特征、临床用奶情况、母乳喂养儿特征进行分析。结果：2016年至2020年该院共有1 219人送奶至自体人乳库，送奶总量5 567 902 mL。55%以上的母亲送奶10次以上，超过20%的母亲坚持送奶6 000 mL以上。26~30岁的送奶母亲比例高达50%。送奶母亲以南京市为主，约占2/3。近3年自体人乳库年人均用奶量均超过3 000 mL，平均母乳喂养时间11~13 d。共有19名住院新生儿以自体人乳库母乳开奶。结论：该院自体人乳库运行情况稳定，为了人乳库的持续发展，需加快自体人乳库运行模式的转变。
Abstract:Objective：To summarize and analyze the operation status of autologous human milk bank in a certainchildren’s hospital of Jiangsu province in the past five years，in order to provide a guarantee for further strengthening the management of autogenous human milk bank and promoting the breastfeeding of hospitalized children in the future. Methods：To analyze the breastfeeding situation，characteristics of breastfeeding mothers，clinical use of milk，and characteristics of breastfed infants in a certain children's hospital in Jiangsu Province from 2016 to 2020. Results：From 2016 to 2020，a total of 1，219 people delivered milk to autologous human milk bank，with a total of 5，567，902 mL. More than 55% of mothers delivered milk more than 10 times，and more than 20% of mothers insisted on delivering more than 6，000 mL of milk. The proportion of mothers aged 26 to 30 who deliver milk is as high as 50%. Nanjing is the main resident place of milk delivery mothers，accounting for about 2/3. In the past three years，the annual per capita consumption of autologous human milk bank exceeded 3，000 m，and the average breast-feeding time was 11~13 d. A total of 19 newborns received their first milk from autologous human milk bank. Conclusion：The operation of autologous human milk bank in our hospital is stable. For the sustainable development of human milk bank，it is necessary to accelerate the transformation of operation mode of autologous human milk bank.
