中文摘要: 目的：通过PDCA循环法提高静脉用药集中调配中心（Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services，PIVAS）抗肿瘤药物调配的规范率。方法：采用PDCA循环法，对常州市第一人民医院PIVAS抗肿瘤药物调配规范进行分析研究，查找影响调配规范率的各项因素，设定目标和对策，对比2020年3月~6月（干预前组）和2020年7月~10月（干预后组）医院PIVAS抗肿瘤药物调配规范率，验证PDCA效果。结果：PDCA循环管理后，抗肿瘤药物调配规范率由70.10%提高至91.03%，增幅为20.93%，PIVAS抗肿瘤药物调配规范率显著提高。结论：通过PDCA循环法可显著提高PIVAS抗肿瘤药物调配规范率，可在PIVAS的日常管理中持续应用。

Abstract:Objective：To improve the standard rate of antitumor drugs formulation in the pharmacy intravenous admixture services（PIVAS）of our hospital using PDCA cycle. Methods：The whole process of antitumor drugs dispensing in PIVAS in Changzhou First People’s Hospital were analyzed to find out the factors and set the goals，with the PDCA cycle method. Comparisons were made on standardized management before implement（from March 2020 to June 2020）and after implement（from July 2020 to October 2020）to verify the effects of PDCA cycle. Results：After the complication of PDCA cycle，the standard rate of antitumor drugs formulation has been improved from 70.10% to 91.03%，which made an increasement of 20.93%. The standardization rate of PIVAS antitumor drug deployment has been significantly improved. Conclusion：The implementation of PDCA cycle in antitumor drugs mixture can significantly improve the standard rate，which can be continuously applied in the daily management of PIVAS.
