Abstract:Objective：Internet + modern hospital management training in China has been carried out comprehensively with the promotion of information technology application in the field of health and the extension of the concept and connotation of “Internet +”. In order to solve the problems existing in Internet+modern hospital management training，improve the content of course design，carry out more targeted and effective management training，and enhance the management ability of medical staff. Methods：By means of literature survey，expert interview and questionnaire survey，the paper investigated the demands of management workers for modern hospital management training courses in 27 member units of a certain Grade A tertiary hospital，medical group and its domestic cooperative hospitals and medical colleges. Training teaching platform selection tendency，training quality control and effect feedback path were also surveyed. Results：In general，87.4% hospital management workers were more inclined to participate in communication skills training，86.7% of respondents prefer professional online teaching platforms. Most managers accept online examinations，online attendance and online interaction as training quality control and feedback methods. Conclusion：To strengthen the Training of Internet + modern hospital management，the training should focus on the real needs of managers，optimize the course design，choose the appropriate teaching platform and feedback way，effectively ensuring the effect of Internet+modern hospital management training and improving the training efficiency.
