Abstract:Objective：To provide reference for improving the application efficiency of the sunshine supervision platform in public hospitals，so as to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals. Methods：Taking the practice of the Sunshine Supervision Platform in a certain children’s hospital in a city as an example，the work order data of the Sunshine Supervision Platform was collected for statistical analysis to further guide the refined management of the hospital. Results：The trend of increase and decrease of work order volume is basically consistent with the trend of increase and decrease of hospital workload. The main types of work orders are overdue payment，accounting for 64.33%，followed by offline procurement and insufficient delivery，accounting for 12.74% and 5.31% respectively. Conclusion：The management of medicines and consumables needs to be further improved，and the division of responsibilities and coordination among functional departments is insufficient. It is recommended to unify thinking and understanding，strengthen organizational leadership，implement modern hospital management requirements，strengthen the management of drugs and consumables，improve relevant systems，clarify department responsibilities，and formulate supporting measures
