中文摘要: 目的：探讨公立医院医疗新技术临床应用管理体系及实践效果。方法：以某公立医疗机构为研究对象，通过文献理论研究和实践验证法探索建立新技术临床应用管理体系，并分析其在实践过程中的效果。结果：提高了医务人员申报新技术的积极性，医院专科综合实力得到显著增强，患者满意度大大提高。结论：公立医院医疗新技术临床应用管理体系有助于规范临床新技术应用的全过程管理，可促进新技术的良性发展，提高医疗服务水平。
Abstract:Objective：To explore the clinical application management system and practical effect of new medical technology in public hospitals. Methods：This paper took acertainpublic medical institution as the research object，discussed the clinical application management system of new technology through literature theoretical research and practice verification，and analyzed its effect in practice. Results：The perfect management system improved the enthusiasm of medical staff to apply for new technologies，the comprehensive strength of the hospital’s specialties was significantly enhanced，and the patient satisfaction was also greatly improved. Conclusion：The management system of clinical application of new medical technology in public hospitals is helpful to standardize the whole process management of clinical application of new technology，promote the benign development of new technology，and improve the level of medical service.
