中文摘要: 目的:探讨多部门联合人文关怀建设在公立医院人力资源管理中的效果。方法:以我院2018年至2021年在职人员作为研究对象,比较医院员工离职率、医院员工工作满意度。结果:医院员工的离职率逐年下降,2020年和2021年的离职率与2018年比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);医院员工工作满意度逐年上升,2019年至2021年逐年与2018年比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院人事部门联合其他多部门在人力资源管理中注重人文建设,有助于促进医院不断发展,提升医院整体竞争力。

Abstract:Objectiveto:Toexplore the effect of multi department joint humanistic care construction in human resource management of public hospitals. Methods:Taking the employees in our hospital from 2018 to 2021 as the research object,the turnover rate and job satisfaction of hospital employees were compared. Results:The turnover rate of hospital staff decreased year by year,and the difference between the turnover rate in 2020 and 2021 and that in 2018 was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The job satisfaction of hospital staff increased year by year,and the difference between 2019 and 2021 and 2018 was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The personnel department of the hospital,together with other departments,pays attention to Humanistic. Constructionin human resource management,which helps to promote the continuous development of the hospital and enhance the overall competitiveness of the hospital.
