中文摘要: 目的:了解福建省医务人员双向转诊意愿及影响因素分析,为分级诊疗制度和相关政策的完善提供科学依据。方法:于2021年7月-8月选取福建省福州、厦门、龙岩、南平、莆田和漳州等地区医疗机构的医务人员为研究对象。通过自行设计调查问卷,采用问卷星线上调查基本人口学信息、转诊知晓情况和转诊意愿情况。医务人员转诊意愿的影响因素采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析。结果:共调查260名医务人员,其中男性136人,占52.31%;女性124人,占47.69%。来自三级医院155人,占59.62%;二级及以下医院105人,占40.38%。民营医院15人,占5.77%;公立医院245人,占94.23%。知晓医院已开展双向转诊213人,占81.92%。了解转诊流程和政策205人,占78.85%。医务人员愿意转诊210人,占80.77%。多因素Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,所在的科室鼓励转诊、转诊提高床位周转率、转诊费50元以上为医务人员是否愿意转诊的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:医务人员转诊意愿较强,转诊意愿与所在的科室鼓励转诊、转诊提高床位周转率、转诊费有关。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the two-way referral willingness of medical staff in Fujian province and its influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for the improvement of grading diagnosis and treatment system and related policies. Methods:From July to August2021,medical staff in Fuzhou,Xiamen,Longyan,Nanping,Putian and Zhangzhou were selected as the study subjects.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate basic demographic information,awareness of referral and willingness of referral. The influencing factors of medical staff’s referral intention were analyzed by Logistic regression model. Results:A total of 260 medical personnel were investigated,of which 136 were men(52.31%)and 124 were women(47.69%). There were 155(59.62%)fromtertiaryhospitals and 105(40.38%)fromsecondary and below hospitals.There were 15staffs(5.77%)in private hospitals and 245staffs(94.23%)in public hospitals. 213 patients(81.92%)were aware of the two-way referral. 205(78.85%)knew the referral procedure and policy.210 medical staffs were willing to refer patients,accounting for 80.77% . The results of multiple logistic regression model showed that encouraging referral,increasing the turnover rate of beds and paying more than 50 yuan for referral were the influencing factors(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Medical staff have a strong willingness to refer,which is related to the encouragement of referral,the improvement of bed turnover rate and the referral fee.
