中文摘要: 目的：建立一套医疗设备购置论证和后期使用情况跟踪分析体系。方法：对某院2019年设备购置的前期论证工作进行总结，设备购置后结合动态算法对使用情况进行近两年的跟踪分析并定期把分析结果反馈给临床。结果：某院2019大型医疗设备的购置论证不够严谨，普遍存在夸大的现象。随着使用情况跟踪分析工作的逐步开展，2021年大型医疗设备的使用情况相较于2020年得到有效改善。结论：医疗设备购置论证和使用情况跟踪分析分别在设备购买前后发挥关键作用。一套健全的医疗设备购置论证和后期使用情况跟踪分析体系，能提高采购工作的质量与效率，优化医院的资源配置。
Abstract:Objective：Establish a set of methods for medical equipment purchase demonstration and later use tracking analysis. Methods：Summarize the preliminary demonstration work of equipment purchase in acertain hospital in 2019，track and analyze the use situation in recent two years in combination with dynamic algorithm after equipment purchase，and regularly feed back the analysis results to the clinic. Results：The purchase demonstration of large-scale medical equipment in a certainhospital is not rigorous enough，and there is a common phenomenon of exaggeration. With the gradual development of tracking and analysis of use，the use of large medical equipment in 2021 has been effectively improved compared with that in 2020. Conclusion：Medical equipment purchase demonstration and use tracking analysis play a key role before and after equipment purchase. A set of sound medical equipment purchase demonstration and later use tracking and analysis system can improve the quality and efficiency of procurement and optimize the resource allocation of the hospital.
