目的：通过开展基于Kaiser模型的灾害脆弱性分析，查找医院后勤工作中存在的潜在风险，明确后勤应急管理思路，提高医院后勤工作应急处置能力和保障服务的综合水平，为制定和完善各项应急预案提供实证依据。方法：组织医务人员问卷调查作出灾害脆弱性评分，运用kaiser模型得出医院后勤部门可能发生突发事件的风险值并排序。结果：灾害危险事件处于高可能性和高风险带排名列前的有电梯意外事件、内部火灾、供电故障、转运坠床事件等。结论：医院后勤部门需将风险值排名前10位的纳入应急重点管理项目，其他风险事件也应加强日常管理。针对风险较高事件及时制定应急管理方案，确保医院后勤部门科学、精细、高效应急管理。

Objective：Through the disaster vulnerability analysis based on Kaiser model，to find out the potential hazards in the logistics work of the hospital，to clarify the ideas of logistics emergency management，to improve the emergency response capacity and comprehensive level of support services of the logistics work of the hospital，and to provide empirical basis for the formulation and improvement of various emergency plans. Methods：To organize the questionnaire survey of medical staff to make the disaster vulnerability score，and use Kaiser model to get the risk value of possible emergencies in the logistics department of the hospital and sort them. Results：According to the analysis，elevator accident，internal fire，power supply failure，transfer falling to bed and so on are the risk events in high probability and high risk zone. Conclusion：The hospital logistics department should include the top 10 risk values into the key emergency management projects，and strengthen the daily management of other risk events. The emergency management plan shall be formulated in time for high-risk events to ensure the scientific，precise and efficient emergency management of the hospital logistics department.
