中文摘要: 为加强医疗机构内部价格行为管理，保障合理收入，本研究从理论研究入手，探讨借助信息化手段对医疗机构内部价格行为进行监管的可行性，初步从管理依据、等级设定、方式方法（包括基于流程、统计数据、逻辑关系、项目规则）提出内部价格行为管理的监管要点，为内部价格行为管理系统进一步开发与应用奠定理论研究基础。
Abstract:In order to strengthen the internal price behavior management of medical institutions and ensure reasonable income，this study starts from the theoretical research and discusses the feasibility of price management of medical services by means of information technology. The major scheme of the management information system is initially proposed from the perspective of management basis，level setting，methods and modes（including process，statistical data，logical relations，and project rules），which lays a theoretical research foundation for the further development and application of the system.
