Abstract:With the acceleration of the reform of medical system，DRG payment reform has been given historical responsibility. Using DRG to implement medical insurance payment can effectively reduce the difficulty of hospital management and improve the job satisfaction of medical staff. DRG evaluation index is widely used in hospital department performance appraisal system，medical group performance appraisal system，core human resources performance appraisal system and comprehensive medical quality performance appraisal system，which will effectively improve the efficiency of fine performance management and promote the high-quality development of hospital.
