目的：通过对某院2017-2019年度上报的医疗不良事件进行分析，研究不良事件上报的特点，提出有针对性的改进建议。方法：采用回顾性分析法，对某院2017-2019年度上报的医疗不良事件数据进行分析。结果：医疗不良事件主要发生在正常班时间，尤其是上午时间段；主要发生区域为住院病区，手术科室居多，常见于普外科、骨科、妇产科、ICU、儿科等科室；发生对象集中于高龄患者，男性多于女性；上报人员大多为初级或中级职称人员，医师岗位发生的医疗不良事件最多；医疗不良事件主要发生在医疗管理类、护理管理类、医技管理类和器械管理类，以Ⅲ、Ⅳ级医疗不良事件为主。结论：制定医疗不良事件管理办法，鼓励不良事件上报；加强对重点科室、重点环节的监管，减少医疗不良事件的发生。
Objective：To analyze the medical adverse events reported by acertain hospital from 2017 to 2019，study the characteristics of adverse event reporting，and propose targeted improvement suggestions. Methods：Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the medical adverse event data reported by a certain hospital from 2017 to 2019. Results：Medical adverse events mainly occurred during normal shift hours，especially in the morning hours；the main occurrence area was the inpatient ward，and mostoccurin the operating room.Departments were common in general surgery，orthopedics，obstetrics and gynecology，ICU，pediatrics and other departments；the objects were concentrated for elderly patients，there are more men than women；most of the reporting personnel are those with junior or intermediate professional titles，and the doctors have the most medical adverse events；medical adverse events mainly occur in medical management，nursing management，medical technology management，and device management. Mainly Ⅲ and Ⅳ medical adverse events. Conclusion：Formulate management measures for medical adverse events and encourage the reporting of adverse events；strengthen the supervision of key departments and key links to reduce the occurrence of medical adverse events
