Abstract:Objective：To find out the mental state of medical staff during post-epidemic period byinvestigation and analysis of psychological stress of medical workers. Methods：From October 12 to December 30，2020，local medical staffin aCertain Grade-A Tertiary Hospital were randomly invited to fill in Stress Response Questionnaire（SRQ）. Using SPSS 20.0 software for data processing，P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results：100 medical staff were surveyed. The scores of stress state were 52-79，mean（66.04±6.023），The scores of emotional response were 15-30，mean（23.12±5.51），The scores of physical response were 17-24，mean（19.89±1.50），andthe scores of behavioral response were 11-17，mean score was（14.07±1.31）. The score of stress state of female was lower than that of Male，group comparison by gender，occupation and title. （P < 0.05）. The score of nurses was lower than that of doctors，the score of stress response was positively correlated with the title（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：The prevention and control of epidemic situation will become normal and will be a long-term work. The medical staff will feel pressure，anxiety and fatigue during the long-term prevention and control of epidemic situation，and need to be given continuous attention，and targeted to give psychological counseling to help solve the problem.
