General practitioners Standardizedtraining Mental healthstatus SCL-90 Influencing factors
Objective:To investigate the mental health status of the standardized training students of general practitioners in Nanjing,to explore the influencing factors,and to provide a theoretical basis for the standardized training of general practitioners. Methods:The 106 general practitioners standardized training students in Nanjing from January to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)was used to carry out the investigation by on-site distribution and filling,and the final data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Result:The total score of 106 general practitioners standardized training students was significantly less than that of national norm,and that of male students was significantly higher than that of female students(P < 0.05). The score of people which is the highest degree is a junior college,students with average willingness to participate,and students who are unwilling to participatewas significantly higher than people which is undergraduate and graduate students,students who are willing to participate in training(P < 0.05). The score of people which have been training for more than 1 year and are satisfied with the existing training system and salary level was significantly less than trainees who are less than 1 year long and are dissatisfied with the relevant system. (P < 0.05). Conclusions:The mental state of general practitioners standardized training students was worse than that of national norm. General practitioners standardized training students’ psychological status and students’ education,willingness to participate in the training,training time and satisfaction with the training system and wage status have a significant relationship(P < 0.05).
