目的:对社区养老护理员工作进行系统分析,为岗位规范化管理提供参考依据。方法:选取13个社区养老服务中心的47名护理员进行问卷调查,对社区养老护理员一般资料及工作的4个方面、15个指标进行分析,并比较不同年龄组调查对象的评分差异。结果:工作分析因素总体得分37.17±4.50分;得分最高的因素为工作时间特殊性,得分最低的因素为最低学历要求;不同年龄组有最低学历要求等3项指标评分有差异。结论:应从吸引年轻和外省护理员从业、明确入职要求、加强实践培训、认可工作强度、改善工作条件、强化思维意识、传承沟通经验等方面采取措施,稳定和提升社区养老护理员队伍。
Objective:To systematic analyze the job of nursing assistants in community elderly service centers and provide references about post management. Methods:47 nursing assistants from 13 community elderly service centers were surveyed by the job analysis elements sheet which consisted of 4 aspects,15 indicators,and compare scores by different age groups. Results:The overall score of job analysis factors was 37.17 ± 4.50;The highest score is the particularity of working time,and the lowest score is minimum education requirements. There were differences in the scores of three indicators in different age groups,for example minimum education requirements. Conclusion:Measures should be taken to attract young and other provinces’ employees,clarify entry requirements,strengthen practical training,recognize work intensity,improve working conditions,strengthen thinking awareness,inherit communication experience,etc.,so as to enhance and stabilize the community nursing assistants staff.
