Abstract:Objective：This article summarizes the statistics of the key departments of Suqian City，and uses game theory to conduct in-depth analysis to formulate strategies for the construction and development of key departments in Suqian City. Methods：Collect the publicity results of municipal key departments in Suqian City from 2011 to 2020，carry out classified and hierarchical statistics，and comprehensively evaluate the construction process and current status of the municipal key departments in Suqian City. Results：There are currently 16 hospitals with 119 key departments in 40 majors. Among them，the distribution of advantagehospitals，specialties and departments is relatively unbalanced，mainly concentrated in the third-level hospitals such as Suqian People’s Hospital. During the ten years，Suqian City organized four municipal-level key clinical specialty reviews and two municipal-level key medical department reviews.The 26 specialized key departments suchof Oncology and Orthopedics have comparative advantages，while the 14 specialized key departments suchof Otolaryngology and Rheumatism are relatively weak. Conclusion：For municipal health authorities，it is necessary to further clarify the assessment and incentive mechanism of municipal key departments and formulate comprehensive development goals to comprehensively improve the enthusiasm and quality of hospitals at all levels to build municipal key departments. For medical institutions，it is necessary to further clarify their own positioning，rationally plan the development goals of homogeneity and differentiation，and steadily promote the construction of municipal key departments.
